Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the course you purchased must not have gone beyond the first lesson.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your returned course, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your course. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or MercadoPago account.
Late or Unreceived Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your account again first.

Gift Courses
If the course was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned course, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the course wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift buyer had the gift sent to them to be delivered at a later time, we will send a refund to the gift buyer and he will be notified about your return.
